Transporting Happy Children

Posted by Neal on August 31, 2004

I saw a sign on the back of a day-care shuttle today that said:

Caution: Transporting happy children.

You’d better believe I slowed down and gave that van plenty of space. You never know what those happy children can do. I think a much safer solution than a mere warning label would be to turn these happy children into sad, angry, or frightened ones before letting them board. A little yelling, some ridicule, or maybe a scary story beforehand would probably do the trick.
