In response to these two posts on the lexicon of videogamers, Justin Busch at Semantic Compositions has posted two entries on the topic, drawing on his personal experience with videogames. One is on the history of boss, and the other is on the bizarre semantic broadening that has occurred with dungeon in gamers’ jargon.
